Hi guys

Am having one of those days ! and really struggling with putting a table structure together to capture info that I require for capacity planning. Can't figure which is the best way and which to use as rows and which as columns etc..

Here's what I need.

For a list of resources I need to be able to show what project they are working on by month and what percentage of their time that is taking. So for example

Resource1 in April working on Project A 25% Project B 25% and Project C 25% so they have 25% spare capacity
Resource 1 In May working on Project A 50% Project D 50% No spare capacity
Resource 2 in April working on Project A 25% Project B 50% Project C 25 % no spare capacity

So then I need to be able to extroplate that Project A has x number of resources working x% of time on it etc..

Any bright ideas !! :). or better still any templates you know of that come close to this and could be adjusted? I've searched but can't come up with any (zero budget !!)

much thanks
