Can't Unhide a row

My worksheet is missing Row 12. I suspect that it is Hidden. However, when I click on the row's numbe and drag down from row 12 to row 13, Rt click and selext "Unhide" nothing happens.

This method worked on another missing (Hidden) row but it's not working on this one.

But I've noticed, in this situation, that there is a little triangle in the upper left cornder of cell A13. Does that have somthikng to do with my being unable to Unhide row 12?

If you hover over that little triangle, does it tell you anything?
Is there any protection on the sheet?

Are you sure that the row height is just not changed to something really small?
Try highlighting rows 11 through 13 and changing the row height, and see if that fixes it.

No, but it's very tiny, maybe it isn't even an icon!
