Can't refresh PowerQuery. Was built by Excel Pro Plus 2013, Refreshing with 2016 Pro Plus.

Hello friends Hope all is well.
I built a PowerQuery that is combing many CSVs from one folder.
Used Excel 2013 Professional Plus, and have been refreshing for months and years.

Now, upgraded my Office to Excel 2016 Professional Plus. When I refresh the PowerQuery it gives me Error. Why, and what to do?
