If H8 is less then D2 say "Not Ready", If H8 is between D2 and F2 say "All Most", If H8 is more than F2 say "Done"

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Try: =IF(H8 < D2,"Not Ready",IF(AND(H8 > D2,H8 < F2),"AllMost",IF(H8 > F2,"Done")))

Thanks it works on one sheet but not another?

I have formulas on the page that does not work.

D2 = =IF(F6<>"",INDEX(Data!$B:$Z,MATCH(F6,Data!$B:$B,0),21),"")

F2==IF(F6<>"",INDEX(Data!$B:$Z,MATCH(F6,Data!$B:$B,0),19),"")

H8==G8-F8

G8 & F8 are dates

What values do the formulas return in cells D2, F2 and H8?

D2 is how many days to germinate which changes depending on seeds

F2 is how many days until harvest microgreens from date planted

H8 is how many days between today's date and planting date

Are the formulas returning numbers? Perhaps you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com. or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. If the workbook contains confidential information, you could replace it with generic data.

D and F2 aren't numerical.

D2 = IF(F6<>"",NUMBERVALUE(INDEX(Data!$B:$Z,MATCH(F6,Data!$B:$B,0),21)),"")
F2 =IF(F6<>"",NUMBERVALUE(INDEX(Data!$B:$Z,MATCH(F6,Data!$B:$B,0),19)),"")

It's also 'Almost', and L10 can be shortened to =IF(K10="None","",IF(K10="Mason Jar","Sprouts","Microgreen"))

I had to do the following and then it worked!

--Copy a blank cell
--Keeping the copy select the range of cells with numeric values
--Right click>PasteSpecial>
--Select 'Add' and click OK.
