Can't Import

I created a table from a spreadsheet I imported.

Now I am trying to add data to the table from the same spreadsheet but it does not allow me. An error occurs and I can't figure out why?

Any suggestions.

I did'nt change any of the field, names or anything.

One of my columns had a % and another #. Once I removed them everything worked fine.

But why did it allow me to create it in the first place......Arrrggghhh.
