On my spreadsheet below the formula bar but above the column letters there are numbers on the left 1-5. they look like radio buttons, but when you click them nothing happens. It looks similar to if you were to group the columns, but that's not it. I just want to get rid of the area, is there anyone who has ever experienced this or knows how to get rid of it?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
That sounds like grouped rows rather than columns to me.

But the numbers are vertical, not horizontal. When i ungroup, nothing happens, and there's no line or dots indicating whats been grouped.

Can you post a screenshot somewhere (or the workbook) and then put a link to it here?
