I have installed the xla, checked the check box and still can't see the HTML menu item. Windows XP and Excel 2003. The xla is named VBHTMLMaker.xla

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

That xla file is for generating html code from VBA code in modules from within the Visual Basic Editor (VBE) not from data within an Excel worksheet.

If you want to generate html from data in a worksheet you need either the html maker, Excel Jeanie or my own add-in (which is currently in testing, but is fully functional). PM me with your email address if you want to use mine.
