Can't find things in new format pane!

Where on earth is the conditional formatting option in the "new style" format pane (which I hate). I'm just can't find it. I'm looking at a card visual at the moment.

ANY help greatly appreciated.

The new formatting pane, and how to turn it off.

In general, the options are better located nearer to all of the other options. So, it depends on which part of the card you want to format: the value is Visual → Callout Value → Color, the lable is Visual → Category label → Color, the background is General → Effects → Background.

It took a little while for me to get used to, but honestly for me the fixing of the double scrollbar (among other things) was more than enough for me to keep with it.
