Cannot select all the blank cells due to a ' in the formula

I have got the following problem.

When the cell values appears blank (e.g. at B2) there is still the value ' in the fx bar.
I want to select all the blank files, but due to this problem I cannot do that.

I searched on how to solve this, but I cannot find any answer unfortunately.

Anyone got an idea?

Clear the contents of those cells.
