I am new to theis forum and I have carefully searched other posts and no one seems to have the same problem I have.
I'm new to the powerpivot scene but I've been working side by side with Excel and Access for quite a long time. I'm following a book about powerpivot and the tool is really getting more attractive by the day. According to the book, there is SQL query designer built in that substitutes the old MS Query and can be accessed when importing tables.
I follow the procedure and when aI hit 'design' I get this window:
when I'm supposed to get this one, according to the book and tutorials I've read:
Does anyone know why I'm getting this? Does it have to do with the fact I'm importing an access database?
I'm sorry if this is a very rookie question but it really has me puzzled, thanks in advance for your comments.
