This sheet worked perfect until I hid the menus. It still works if the menus are restored.
The only cell on the sheet that is unprotected is the one below store#. When a number is entered the LAN IPs for the various equipment in that store is populated and the equipment that has its box checked will be sent a ping to determine its availability. This works fine when the sheet is first opened. When you click on 'Troubleshoot' a series of userforms are activated in order to gather information and attempt to re-establish any connections that are down. Once the process is completed the unlocked cell will no longer accept input directly (can't change the store number). By not directly I mean I can use copy and paste to put it into the cell from another source and after that it works like normal until I run the troubleshooting script again. If I unprotect the entire sheet the behavior is the same if the menus are hidden. If the menus are not hidden everything works perfect regardless of if the sheet is protected or not. The cells are all set to not be selectable if they are protected and with the menus hidden I am still able to navigate cells with the arrow keys or mouse if the sheet is unprotected, I am not able to type into any cell until I paste from an outside source.

I am needing to be able to switch from one store to another without having to reopen the workbook each time I run the troubleshooting script.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Welcome to the Board!

I removed your image code since it didn't render. You can use a free photo sharing site like PhotoBucket and paste the url here.
