Can you run Solver with MS Access

I have a excel EARLANG C based staffing model which uses Solver to project shift schedules for given set of service level, shift bids and other constraints.

The Excel solver constraints on number of simultaneous variables and constraints are forcing me to run an iterative Macro that takes up to 10-15min.

I was wondering is there a function/solver/approach in MS access to replicate what solver does in Excel ?

Really need to see some sample data showing what you have and what you want. Use XL2BB to show your data. Do not load pictures as we cannot manipulate the data in pictures. Your explanation is too vague to respond with a solution. Be specific in your explanation that accompanies your data.
