Hi there,

What I am looking to do is move 5 workbooks from our main server (original files) and create one workbook on my pc so I don't have to go back and fourth and all over the place to grab the info I need from the main server.

The catch is, I would like them to sync each way. Meaning, if someone made an update to the file on the server it would update to my workbook on my pc. And visa/versa, if I made an update to my workbook on my pc, would like the main server files to update.

Is this even possible?

Thank you for your help!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Assuming that all 5 workbooks are structured the same way, you can do this pretty easily with PowerQuery by adding each workbook as a data source and then appending them together. If they have structural differences, you can still do it, but you'll need to do some work to get all the columns to be the same.
