Can you add things to a single file web page?

I am playing around with the "single file web page" feature in excel 2007. I am not very familiar with making web pages. My question is - Can I include other things like a google search bar, calendar pop up, etc. And yet still have my single file web page upload every time I save? What do I need to do to do this. Hopefully its not too hard done than said.
