Can we formulate this thing?

Finding Blank rows:
=COUNTA(A1:D1)=0

Need to know if any rows are blank in the range ("A1:D26")

Can we use an array formula for that range to return FALSE if any of the row is blank? (or until all the blank rows are deleted)

Why not consider using F5 and Special and select Blank Cells then you can delete the blank cells.
