Dear Experts,

My sincere thanks to you. I am so curious if I can create diagrams based on the data input in specific cells? Please find the attached model excel sheet.
Information in columns A are the input, and I would like to get the diagram next to it automatically, and also a dynamic one.

The input starts from A, with 3 types or 4 types of category for each (Information, personal touch, emotional touch), and more items may be added after the audience"

Is it possible for creating such an automatic diagram? Please help me learn.

Again, my sincere thanks for you

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
It is possible. In your situation it might be feasible, although this kind of thing gets very complicated and there are entire applications that do this sort of thing for a lot of money.

I can't see how you arrived at your example diagram from the information shown in the worksheet. How did you determine what connects to what, and which direction the arrows go?

Hello Master,

Thank you so much for your immediate reply, I was tied up with so many other urgent works, could not reply immediately. Thanks for waiting for my reply.

My example was quite simply made with excel shapes drawing.

Now to determine which boxes gets connected, and direction..

1. As far as the items both in the rows and columns are same, as Television, Remote, Audience etc.
2. Direction will be from left to right, viz, first will be from television to remote, and television to audience, and then remote to television, and remote to audience, and then audience to television, and audience to remote.
3. If there is a connection between any of them, and if we put 1 in the information box, it should create e.g, blue line connection. If it is personal touch entered with 1, it should create, say yellow line between these two boxes.

Hope I have answered correctly. Can you please help me to do this, because, I have to create it for our audit.

Looking for your support master.

Thanks and regards,

2. Direction will be from left to right, viz, first will be from television to remote

That is not what the diagram shows. The diagram shows remote to television, right to left. If you show a sample diagram you have to show the data that was used to generate it.

3. If there is a connection between any of them, and if we put 1 in the information box,

There is no 1 shown anywhere in your example. There is nothing to explain how we know what connects to what. If you show a sample diagram you have to show the data that was used to generate it.

You must give a complete explanation of how to read your data table and generate a diagram from it.
