I was given a large sheet and this formula seems to be causing an issue,

thanks in advance

=IFERROR(REPLACE(N8,FIND("'X'",N8,1),3,F8),N8)

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
The formula says:
If 'X' is found in N8 then
return the value in N8 replacing these 3 caracteres by the text in F8.
Else
return the value in N8 with no changes
End If

Remark: the FIND function is case sensitive, so if the text in N8 contains 'x' (lower case) nothing changes.
