Can 'IF' condition be applied to the same Cell which already has value in it ?

Can 'IF' condition be applied to the same Cell which already has value in it ?

Can anyone help me achieving that requirement ?

If you enter a new formula into a cell displaying a value, the content of the cell is destroyed and replaced by the new formula. However, conditional formatting can be applied with a formula because it resides on a different object than the cell, but is linked to the cell. I could not review your link because of a security warning.

No, you can't. You have to use macros for that
