Hello,
I am new to Power Pivot, and am comparing it's functionality to Hyperion functionality. Basically, I am wondering if I can import a list of unique identifiers as a filter on a data pull? From what I can see, Power Pivot allows you to filter, but you have to select items one by one. For the data I want to pull, I need to identify hundreds of unique IDs out of a sea of thousands, so selecting items one by one is very time consuming.
With Hyperion, I can define the 100+ unique identifiers in a text file, import it as a limit into the query, and it will only pull data linked to those IDs. Is there a similar functionality in Power Pivot?
Thanks!
