Can I transfer the Home and Student license that came with the laptop?

I bought a new ASUS laptop that came with lifetime Home and Student 2021.

I already have Office 365 and want to use it on the new laptop.

But before uninstalling H&S 2021, wanted to ask if I can activate the H&S 2021 license that came with the laptop and then use it in another machine?

Also, is it okay if I use my Microsoft account which has the 365 to activate it? Then will my account have both 365 and the H&S license?
