I perform a vlookup command on a pivot table. Results are not same as I expect. Is there any limitations for performing vlookup command on a pivot table?
And very oddly when I perform isnumber command and numbers in pivot table, the result is: FALSE.
I have to add, Isnumber returns FALSE for original table, where pivot table is base on.

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

Almost certainly 'yes' (or some other formula) but without more details and/or sample data (preferably with XL2BB) it is very hard to advise further.
