can i merge an excel list onto a template like in microsoft

Is it possible to create a list in excel and merge the rows of data into a document in excel...similar to a merge document in microsoft word where you have a merge data base and a merge document and each "record" of data is put into the document so that you end up with a separate document for each "record" of data? is this possible in excel? how? thank you!
