I have several data validation dropdown lists [not combo boxes from the developer tab] that have more than 12 items in them.
Is it possible to edit the list's format so they display more items in the list when the dropdown is clicked?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
I didn't mention combobox because the OP specifically mentioned, "not combo boxes". That is the only path that I have found though.

The OP said they didn't have combo boxes, not specifically that they wanted a solution without them so I thought worth a mention.

True enough! I just figured since it was mentioned, it was not wanted. I have been wrong too many times in the past. I guess we will see if that route is acceptable. I certainly meant no disrespect, so my appologies if you inferred my post as that.

Yes, that's why I mentioned it. I didn't want to use them. Thanks. I didn't think there was a way to edited the list.
