Hi All,

I have a dynamic bar chart that sums up figures for the week.
I also have three call outs (green) to explain why there is missing data in those weeks.
Is there any way that I can fix these call outs in position because every week I have to manually move them along.
I can do this if I convert the chart to a picture, but then I will loose the functionality of the dynamic chart.
Any suggestion is graciously received. Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Have you considered adding a new Y with 1 Point? You can add a label to that point, format the text & background. Instead of typing text into the label, you can create a formula that reads a cell of text like =Sheet1!D1. The location of the point moves when you adjust your chart ranges.
