Can I filter a form?

I have a data base with about 1000 records.

I created a form with 4 check books. Each check box value if based on criteria displayed on the Form. For instance, if Field 1 and Field 5 contains values over 50%, then the check box is true.

I was wondering is there a way I can filter the form just to display items that are checked?

Hope this makes sense.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I wish people using this forum used better terminology. When you say you have a "Form".
What is a "Form"

Some people when they say "Form" they mean a "Sheet"
Others mean a "Table"
Others mean a "UserForm"
Others mean a "DataForm"
Normally fields refer to "Tables"

I'm not aware of assigning checkboxes to a "Table"

Maybe you could explain to me what you mean when you say "Form"

I am new to access so I am not aware of all of terminology.

I guess it is a sheet. When I select properties it reads "Property Sheet"

I used the term form because that is what I created when I used them Form Wizard.

I'm sorry. I now notice this is not a Excel Question. I'm not able to help with Access questions.

Do you want to filter the data the form shows based on which checkboxes are checked/unchecked?

Which field(s) do you want to filter on?
