There is a 10 minute time-limit from the initial posting time within which you can delete or edit your message... it cannot be changed after that.
 
You can EDIT within the 10-minute window once you are a member in good-standing. You cannot delete. If you have a post with confidential data in it, you can use the Report button on the bottom left side of the post and request a review and deletion by the moderators.
