Wondering if this is possible.
I have an excel power query that I’d like to automate the refresh, I currently have it scheduled to refresh using windows scheduler- works fine but I’d like to improve it.
Basically the query is linked to my inbox, finds the most recent mail containing a particular file (it’s an inventory file sent each night from an ERP system)- chops it up merges it with some other tables and voila, and it works great.
Ive started playing with power automate in teams and was trying to have the arrival of this email to be the trigger to refresh the query, is this possible?
Ideally I’d then put the file on share point and send mails to a team if the value of certain stock was above a certain threshold/soon to expire etc etc.
thanks
Marty.
