Can Hyperlinks be made to move if lines are inserted or deleted

Right now I specify a hyperlink between a table of contents and a workbook by using the cell destination name.
Is there a way to make it so the hyperlink will move if lines are added or subtracted? Right now I have to manually move over 350 link locations.

Have you tried hyperlinking to defined names of cells instead of cell references?
