I want a data base to:
1) record supplier contact information and specifications
2) Manage customer complaints and follow up
3) Track corrective action-CAR's
4) manage recalls

Would Access be a good candidate?

Thanks

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
It is possible, but may take a little bit of time setting up, i recent created one for myself so that employees can record errors with their computer rather than call the the administration up (incase their unavailable) it also allows for me to keep a record of the errors for future reference. So it should be possible to set one up for customer's response. Just set up a date and time field (or just date) and a name field (if they want to enter their name) maybe a few other fields that allow them to enter some information about themselves and what they want to say.
