Can anyone point me to a free template?

Hi I’m helping my dad to retire he’s got a buy to let portfolio and has lots and lots of tennants in historical arrears I need to produce a running statement that allows for one due date and amount each month but their credits are sporadic and the templates I’ve found don’t like me adding multiple lines for when they’ve paid 3 small amounts in a month instead of monthly when it’s due, can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable template ? Or help me with the formulas I would need ?

a little more detail - perhaos mock up manually what you would like and the results you want calculated
A SUMIF() or SUMIFS() might work - but depends on how you layout the sheet
how you enter the credits and is this a calendar month
even just enter all the data onto a data sheet and then use a pivot table to provide the summary

A SMALL sample spreadsheet, around 10-20 rows, would help a lot here, with all sensitive data removed, and expected results mocked up and manually entered, with a few notes of explanation.

This will possibly enable a quicker and more accurate solution for you.

OR if you cannot get XL2BB to work, or have restrictions on your PC

then put the sample spreadsheet onto a share

I only tend to goto OneDrive, Dropbox or google docs , as I'm never certain of other random share sites and possible virus.
Please make sure you have a representative data sample and also that the data has been desensitised, remember this site is open to anyone with internet access to see - so any sensitive / personal data should be removed
