can access data be used to populate acrobat froms?

I have access and adobe acrobat.... I'd like to know if I can build an access database and use the info to post into an acrobat automated form.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
I think that's more of an Acrobat question.

Is there any facility to import/merge data?

If there is you should be able to specify the soyrce and hopefully Access can be used.
