Can a formula move cells each week?

I’m on week 1 and I have a formula in cell A1, is there a way when I open up the spreadsheet next week (week 2) that the formula will move to cell A2 by itself?

I’m not sure if this is even possible in the excel world but thought I’d ask. Thanks for any help.
