Calulate Win or Lost Streak

I am trying to figure out a way to keep track of a win lost streak for a basketball league I run. I have win column and a lost column next to each team name with a w/l column after that. I would like the W/L column to auto update when I updated each teams wins and losses. Example. If team a had 3 game win streak going but lost when I put the loss in the w/l column would go from 3 to -1. Is there away to do this?
