Calling All VBA Wizards!

Hi all,

I've got a challenge for you VBA wizards! I had no clue how to ask all of the steps in order so I created a SnagIT video explaining what I'm trying to do. I believe someone with VBA experience can create something like this easily but then again someone may tell me it's impossible. Please let me know your thoughts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
