Calendar with automatic birthday and picture filled to the date

Hi I am a beginner in excel and have version office 2010 and would like to create a calendar each month on a sheet and in a other sheet to fill in birthdate events and pictures what will show up in the right calendar their name and picture and every year I just need to change the year number and have got an update calendar what I can print out for the whole year in 12 pages with the events and pictures.
is there someone who can guide me how to do it or has got a template of this kind calendar thank you
