Dear All,

when i open a table in MS access as datasheet view and when i enter in date/time field one small icon appear for calendar.

may i know which type of this control in active x control and how can i get it.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
That is the new built-in calendar.

It also works for text boxes on forms.

View the properties for a text box. Look on the format tab. There is a property called "Show Date Picker". Set to "For dates". Note: There is the same property for a field in a table when set to date/time data type. When you add a field (from the field list) to a form the text box should default to this property..
