Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if it is possible to have a drop down field on a form that looks like a calendar when you click it. I need the date chosen from that calendar to be stored in a date field on a table.

If this can be done, please can you tell me how!?!

many thanks

Robin

:rolleyes:

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
You could create a modeless form with a calendar control on it that pops up when you enter the date field - the calendar form close event could then populete the date field on your main form with the selected date of the control...

This would be the code for the calendar form close event

Code:
Private Sub cmdClose_Click()
Forms!tbldates!startdate = CalDate
DoCmd.Close
End Sub

CalDate being the name given to the Calendar Control.

Hope this helps...

FYI
You can access this control by selecting it from the activeX control.
It is probably name something like "Mircosoft Date and Time picker"
