Calculo de rangos

Buenas noches,

Escribo mi primer post en español (soy argentino) ya que llegue a una instancia en donde explicar en ingles lo que necesito es complicado, no se me entiende.

Necesito una mano con una formula que explico mediante un ejemplo:


La base de datos de donde saco la info:

En esta ultima tablita, saco de la de base de datos mediante esta formula:
=+INDEX(C$2:C$52545,MATCH(1,IF(A$2:A$52545=X3,IF(B$2:B$52545<=$X$2,IF(ISNUMBER(C$2:C$52545),1))),0))...el precio OPEN de cada dia a las 9:57.



Lo que necesito ahora, es poder formular una ecuacion que explique lo siguiente:
"Habiendo entrado 9:57 en el precio OPEN (en este caso 63.78), SI de 9:58 en adelante el precio cae 0.25 centavos (es decir 63.78-0.25=63.53), en cualquiera de las 4 columnas (OPEN HIGH LOW CLOSE), que me diga la hora en donde paso esto"

En esta tablita que anote arriba, deberia tirarme las 10:00, ya que ahi hay un Low de 63.25 - O sea, cayo mas de 0.25.


Alguien tiene alguna idea????
