Good day everyone,

I will try to be as specific as possible with the issues that are plaguing my accounting system that I created. The system worked great for approximately 2 years and just 2 weeks ago it started to act up. I have attempted troubleshooting it for the past week and a half and I'm getting desperate. I thought I had found a solution, copying 591 books into new books but apparently that's not working and I just can't waste more work time.

Firstly, a quick description of my system. I have one book that I call my master client sheet. It's a table that looks like this:

The first column contains hyperlinks to individual client books. the columns from Jurisdiction to Current pull information from those books.

That's the extent of formulas in this book. It's current size is 110KB.

Now the problem that has been happening is that whenever I open a book from the Hyperlinked cell and start entering data, my formulas either don't auto calculate / partially auto calculate like in the image below:

As you can see the first row returned nothing, but the rows below it DID calculate. ALL the formulas are OK, they are not broken. There are no circular references. The books are all set to auto calculate (FYI, if someone tells me to check if my settings are on auto calculate I may lose my ****)

When I open those same sheets manually, from Windows Explorer they calculate PERFECTLY. The issue seems to stem from my Master book but I have no idea what is causing the problem, especially since it only just started doing this. Like I said, I've been using this system for over 2 years and have never had it break down on me.

I have attempted to copy the contents of my Master book to a new book and saved it as a new file and that has not fixed the problem, I even had to manually readjust the hyperlinks since I pasted values only...... JUST TO BE SURE. I have pretty much recreated it from scratch, 591 clients and am working on the client books but I am so discouraged now I don't know what to do.

Any ideas?
