Calculation using Today's date

I'm trying to create a new field that calculates (Todays Date - Note date). Note date is a field in my table. any ideas?

Is this in a query? You could try an expression like this.

Difference:DateDiff("d", [NoteDate], Now())

This should give you the number of days between the two dates.

The SQL statement would look something like this:

SELECT DateDiff("d",[NoteDate],Now()) AS Difference
FROM Table1;

You can change the "d" to calculate other time periods eg months, years etc
