Calculating Year To Date Performance

I need to calculate YTD performance starting from Apr-17 to Mar-18 not from Jan.

Can anyone help me out please

Data consists of monthly sales number and will be adding on monthly basis in a sheet.

Try the below formula
=SUMIFS(A:A,B:B,">="&c1,I:I,"<="&c2)
Where A:A >> Date Column
B:B>> Sum Range
C1:Start Date
C2:End Date
