Calculating year on year growth based on multiple criteria

Hello,

I have created a table visualization (see below). I would like to add another column that will calculate the growth between indicators and years. So for example, I would like to calculate the growth between 2014 and 2015 for inflation ((0.04-1.46) / 1.46); then 2015 v 2016 for inflation etc. It would then need to leave a gap when it starts a new data point (e.g. Unemployment rate 2014 should be blank, but unemployment rate 2015 v 2014 should be calculated.
Any advice?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
