Hi Guys n Girls

I am making and Auto Calculating Roster that everything works great EXCEPT totaling the hours worked.
What I have is a start and finish time and that returns the hours for that shift, it works on the first 2 entries BUT when I add another day the total goes from 18:30 to 2:3 and tit doesn't matter what day of the fortnight any other entry send the total out???

I have had this working before but in an older version of Excel and we are currently using 2013, I have tried different formatting IE Time, Number, Text and =SUM() to a simple A2+A3+A4
but nothing seems to affect the total column. for the calculation between times I am using =IF(D6<D5,D6+1,D6)-D5 so I am at a loss as to what I am doing wrong and I have no doubt its a simple fix but for the life of me I cant see it cause I cant see what the issue is?

Many Thanks
Bill from OZ

Hi Guys n Girls
Thank you to everyone I have found the solution to my problem and it was just a formatting issue when I formatted the summery cells to [h]:mm it all tallied correctly

Thanks again guys
