Calculating Success Rate in Pivot Table

Hi everyone,

I have the following data set, that I plan to continue adding lines to throughout the year.

I want to create a pivot table where I can see the success rate (where booked = Y) for each combination. For example what percent was booked in January through google for a brand. The below table I did manually, but I'd like to create a pivot table that gets me to the same spot, but have been having trouble figuring it out. Please let me know your suggestions. Thanks!
