Calculating points

im trying to calculate when a team has won the league it will return "c" and noting if its possible that a different team could win this is based on a 38 games (20 Teams in the league my first team is in A6:A25) - and vice versa for relegation "R" and blank if its possible they could survive..... (this is for my local team)

as ive data between columns "O" an "AE" ill be putting the formula in column "AF" and dragging down
