Calculating percentages for Annual Report

good morning, i am trying to calculate percentages in excel, i am working on an annual report where the original report is generated for me with the proper percent. I have to remove numbers from the original and create a new percent, i am having trouble creating a new percent.i found that the percentage calculator is accurate but it takes to long with as many number as i have. below are some of the numbers so you can see what i am trying to accomplish. TIA

With the percentage calculator i use the ____ is what percent of ____?
SO in my report i have the numbers everything is based off of (below)

Total Events- 8,597
Events w RR Response- 5,209
Total Arrivals- 5,389
Total Activities- 12.878

and the percentages i am trying to find for these numbers,


Road Ranger Assisted Events BY Notifier

CCTV - 2,365
Road Ranger - 254
Local PD - 54
Fire - 12
EMS - 68
Local SO - 32

I need to find the percent of Notifier events, in the percentage calculator i use

Notifier is what percent of Events with Road Ranger Response
Example - 2,365 is what % of 5,209? = 45.22%

I would like to be able to input these numbers and use a formula to calculate the percentages fast than one at a time in the percentage calculator.

I think this is what you're trying for, but the numbers don't really make sense to me, so maybe not...?

Either way, to calculate the percentages you want, just divide one number by the other.

It's not you, it's the numbers. I think you're comparing apples and oranges; they are different data.
