Hi.. I am trying to correct my formula to calculate the 90% of K3:K281, if D3:D281 equals, 1,3,4,and 5. I am using the formula below to get the 90% for each number individually, but can't get it to work for all 4 numbers combined.

My formula is: =PERCENTILE((IF(D3:D281="1",K3:K281)),0.9)

Any help is always greatly appreciated.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
These are array formulas that must be entered with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER.

If your range D3:D281 is numeric then:
=PERCENTILE(IF(D3:D281={1,3,4,5},K3:K281),0.9)

If the range D3:D281 is text then:
=PERCENTILE(IF(D3:D281+0={1,3,4,5},K3:K281),0.9)
