Calculating Number of Months Between Dates in Different Years

=(YEAR(B4)-YEAR(B3))*12+MONTH(B4)-MONTH(B3)

format dd/mm/yyyy

I continually get a return of #VALUE.

As Mariziotullio pointed out, November only has 30 days, not 31.
You shouldn't even be able to enter a date like that -- unless you really aren't entering dates at all, but rather strings.
