Calculating No. of (unique) Transactions, data of 1st appearance and last date from a running Ledger

I have some data (very huge below is only an extract), the data is a replica of GL of parking nature where different entries are parked from different COST CENTRES via different GLs in any given date. Each transaction will stay in this GL for different periods e.g. 1 day, 2 days etc. I need to calculate start / first appearance of any amount by any branch in any single GL, its last day (when same amount disappears from this MIS) and lastly each unique entry must be marked as "1" under "TRN/Transaction" column on its 1st appearance in this MIS. As there are multiple entries with same amount but with different Cost Centres and / or different GL or even same cost centre / GL so it is difficult for me to calculate each unique Transaction as "1". another tricky part here is that few times a transaction stays in this MIS for some days then some additions are made in same and the again after few days it reduces to original amount.
