Calculating multiple cells with offset Help

So I use excel a LOT, but am not a formula expert. I am trying to make a sheet find text in various cells across a single sheet and then total the value in the adjacent cell. So it will be searching for a person's name which may appear in multiple places and columns, and then sum the value in the cell next to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
